Second consensus meeting

Working group chairs and representatives from the LifeGene working groups met in Sollentuna March 15-16, 2007. The objective of the two-day workshop was to prepare a mutual proposal for ascertainment models, sampling schemes and pilots needed.

International participants included Willem Hanekom, University of Capetown, Miguel Hernan, Harvard School of Public Health, Jaakko Kaprio, University of Helsinki and Vicki Seyfert-Margolis, Immune Tolerance Network.

Swedish participants included Joyce Carlson and Joakim Dillner, Lund University, Åsa Torinsson-Naluai and Lauren Lissner, Göteborg University, Paul Franks, Umeå University, Ulf de Faire, Tomas Ekström, and Paul Lichtenstein, Karolinska Institutet, and other researchers.
